Making fried dumpling, crispy crust

Deep-fried dumpling with crispy crust and many layers, like patechaud. It’s really a great choice for your snacks menu.

*Mixture inside:
200g chopped pork
3tbs chopped jew’s ear mushroom
1tbs minced garlic
2tbs chopped green onion
2tbs chopped jicama
1tbs sugar
1/2tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
*Dough:
♥Water dough
160g cake flour + 40g rice flour
1egg
80ml water
♥Oil dough
2tbs cake flour
1tbs oil
